New York 1

Inside Anthropologie - a clothing + homewares shop I fell in love with in LA a few years ago, when travelling with Kate. The elephant was a feature!
The view from the rock looking down on an old gothic church

Skating in rockefeller square - we just watched this time around! (I was travelling with girlfriend's and this seems like a couple thing to do!)

Out the front of a very decadent choc shop in Rockefeller square

the Australian flag with an Aussie out front! (One of my travelling buddies!)

The view over Central Park from the Top of the Rock

Birthdaze

As many of you know, Sebastian and I share a birthday. To celebrate this year, we went (with Peter's extended family) tubing. It's like a big ice/snow slide you take in an inner tube.
this is the ride up - you jump in your tube and get pulled up the hill. then you come down this. It was a BLAST! The weather was amazing - not to cold (can't remember exactly, but probably around minus 5 or something) with very little wind. There was a big Moon too and we stayed until closing around 10pm. It was ace. We'd planned to go last year at the same time, but horrible weather conditions meant we went bowling instead.

these are our two kitties - much bigger now! And watching the birds through the windows wanting to go out and chase them.
